Gorgeous and fairly clean place, outstandingly accommodating staff. The favourable and decent location for the price, so close to Bristol Town centre as well as the top restaurants in Bristol.

Every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and location, I loved it. The unbeatable location was a short walk from Arno's Park. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 20 minutes walk away. The staff was accommodating and amiable.

The hotel was very pleasant outside, but inside it was unusual. The breakfast room with patio was very good, breakfast was excellent.
it’s hard to get to the room, it’s located at a busy intersection.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Good food in the hotel's own restaurant. Very friendly staff
The hotel appears to be in need of some renovation, especially the sanitary facilities.

Great location with friendly staff
I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout my visit. The breakfast had a good variety and was consistently replenished, which I enjoyed. The bed in my room was super comfortable, great for restful nights. The decor in certain areas felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing.

I've been here before and the price-performance ratio is phenomenal. Will keep coming back to visit friends in Bristol. . Simple, clean hotel, although older. The staff is really very friendly!

The service was very good and the staff nice
You shouldn't make the mistake of booking the French bed for two. That's only 5'4" wide. Breakfast wasn't good.

The location and the old building.
We booked the more exepnsive "Executive room". The Arnos Manor is run down. Dirty reception, worn-out rooms, interior in bad shape and compiled without any taste, bed sheets with holes and only one towel in a double rooms bath. The food was horrible - how can you make a scrambled egg look blue ? Breakfast drinks all used up - why are they not refilled at 8am ? We refused to eat. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
